Evidence
What can blockchain evidence actually prove?
The blockchain proves movement with unusual reliability. Almost everything else is inference, and the distinction matters.

Blockchain records are unusually good evidence of one narrow thing: that a specific quantity of value moved between specific addresses at a specific time. That record is public, replicable and independently verifiable.
What it does not show
It does not show who controlled either address, why the transfer was made, or whether it was voluntary. Those questions require corroboration from outside the chain.

Evident separates every finding into verified fact, supported inference and unknown. It is a simple discipline and it is what makes findings defensible under scrutiny.
We describe our output as defensible investigative intelligence designed for professional and legal use. Whether any material is admissible in proceedings is a matter for the court and for legal advisers.
