Evident does not recover assets and does not guarantee outcomes. What we provide is the investigative groundwork that a recovery route depends on: where value moved, what it interacted with, and which parties hold records that matter.
That work is prepared so it can be handed to solicitors, insolvency practitioners or law enforcement and used without further translation.

We trace the movement of funds to their current identifiable position and record the points where value left the chain.

We identify the regulated services and third parties that are likely to hold account records connected to the activity.

We set out the findings, their strength and their limits, so your legal advisers can decide what action is proportionate.

Initial enquiry
You tell us, in outline, what has happened and what you need to establish. No sensitive account details are needed at this stage.
Step 02
Confidential discussion
We review your summary and arrange an initial confidential discussion to understand the matter and the evidence you already hold.
Step 03
Scope and proposal
We set out what can realistically be investigated, the approach we would take, and the likely cost. If an investigation is not justified, we say so here.
Step 04
Instruction and investigation
Once instructed, we carry out the investigation using our defined framework, keeping you informed at agreed points.
Step 05
Findings and deliverables
You receive a clear written report of the findings, with each conclusion graded as verified fact, supported inference or unknown, ready to share with your advisers.
Step 06
Debrief and next steps
We talk you through the report, answer questions, and outline the options the findings support.
